The gîte is situated in Southern Bourgogne, halfway between Digoin and Montceau-les-Mines,

in the heart of the Charolais countryside.

The village of Palinges is at 2 kms. From the gite. A canal crosses the village.

To the North are the famous vineyards of Bourgogne,

to the southeast, Maconnais and Beaujolais.
